Response time

We aim to reply to all editorial queries within 2–3 business days. Correction reports affecting medical accuracy are prioritised and reviewed within 24–48 hours.

Who you are writing to

HealthReview is run by Suman Konda, PharmD, a clinical pharmacist registered with the Telangana State Pharmacy Council. There is no editorial team or editorial board behind a shared address – every message goes directly to the person who wrote the content. That means your correction report or topic suggestion is seen by the author and can be acted on quickly.

If you want to verify credentials before writing, the author's professional background is at the author page and on LinkedIn.

Correction policy

When a reader reports an error, we:

1. Acknowledge the report within 48 hours.
2. Investigate the claim against the cited source and, if applicable, a second peer-reviewed source.
3. If the correction is verified, update the article and add a correction note at the bottom of the page stating what was changed and when.
4. If we disagree with the proposed correction, we explain why and provide the source we are relying on.

We do not silently delete or rewrite content to hide errors. The correction note remains on the page permanently so that readers who encountered the original version can see what changed.

Content that is not within our scope

We are not able to respond to the following:

• Personal medical questions: "My HbA1c is 7.2%, what should I do?" We cannot interpret individual results or advise on treatment. That question belongs with your GP or specialist.
• Requests to recommend a doctor or test provider: we do not endorse specific clinicians, laboratories or diagnostic services.
• Link exchange or SEO partnership requests: we do not participate in link schemes.
• AI-generated content submissions: we do not accept contributed content for publication.

Advertising enquiries

HealthReview currently serves advertising through Google AdSense. We do not accept direct banner advertisements or sponsored content at this time. If you represent a healthcare organisation and wish to discuss future advertising or research partnership options, you may write to the email address above and include "Partnership enquiry" in the subject line. We will review and respond if there is a potential fit.

Data and privacy

When you email us, your name and email address are used solely to respond to your message. We do not add you to any mailing list, share your details with third parties, or retain messages longer than necessary to resolve the query. For full details see our Privacy Policy.

Frequently asked questions

Can you explain my lab result to me personally?
No. We can explain what a test measures and what the reference range means in general clinical terms, but we cannot tell you what your specific result means for your health. Your doctor or pharmacist – who knows your full medical history – is the right person to ask.

Can you recommend a good doctor or specialist?
No. We do not recommend individual clinicians, hospitals, or diagnostic laboratories. We have no commercial relationships with healthcare providers.

I found a factual error on one of your pages. What should I do?
Email us at the address above with the URL of the page, the specific claim you believe is wrong, and the source you are relying on (a PubMed link is ideal). We investigate every correction report and reply to confirm whether we agree and what action we are taking.

Can you add a page on a topic I want to know about?
Yes – topic requests are welcome. Include the test name, condition, or medication you want covered and we will add it to our editorial queue. We cannot commit to publication dates, but popular requests are prioritised.
